About Lindsay Masciana

Driven by wonder and a deep curiosity about people, I believe in the power of creativity to connect us. Through fashion, culture, design, and psychology, I'm fascinated by the ways we express who we are and who we hope to become. Design is how I explore those insights and transform them into visual stories.

When I was two, my father brought home a golden yellow dress with colorful madras trim from Brazil. It opened my eyes to worlds beyond my own and sparked a lifelong fascination with culture, identity, and self-expression. Years later, in high school, I deconstructed that same dress to create something new, unknowingly practicing the process that still shapes my work today: discovering, reimagining, and bringing new meaning to what already exists.

Today, I work at the intersection of brand identity, visual storytelling, fashion, and emerging creative technology. Over the past decade at Ralph Lauren, I translated product vision into compelling brand narratives while collaborating closely with merchandising, design, and production teams. Alongside that, I built Mind Jardin from the ground up, developing its visual identity, creative systems, digital content, and brand strategy. I'm most energized by projects that require equal parts curiosity and craft: honoring cultural references, experimenting with new creative tools, shaping visual systems, and turning complex ideas into experiences that feel intuitive, emotionally resonant, and beautifully crafted.
